Please ensure all returned items are in their original packaging and have been used only minimally for testing purposes.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the specific items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Securely

  Place the items back in their original Lily Lolo boxes and secure them in a padded mailing envelope to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 7-10 business days.
